Site meeting to discuss the brief (discover customer needs, dreams and budget)
and assess the existing conditions
Design concept (client required design)
Present landscape design in plan view with detailing such planting options and material selections and image moodboard.
Design Documentation
Once finalised the design can be developed into working drawing for construction. this will document site levels,construction specifications along with planting, lighting and irrigation plans.
Estimate
Provide fee proposal based on the design plan or landscape plan provided from prospect.
Contract
Sign contract if client chose to proceed
Scheduling
Receive deposit, active schedule project and organise trades and materials
Follow Up
Keeping the project, timeframe and budget contract. Deliver the project to completion and meeting client expectations.

We create comprehensive designs that encompass all elements of your garden concept, which may include pools, pavilions, entertainment areas, pergolas, retaining walls, planting, lawns, and fencing. We offer recommendations for materials and color palettes, including pool tiles. Our Design Manager, Daniel, or Director, Ian, will meet with you on-site or online to discuss your garden goals, ideas, and specific requirements. This meeting typically lasts between 45 minutes to 1.5 hours. During this time, we will get to know you and your family and understand how you want to use the space. Our aim is to provide you with an idea of the possibilities for your garden, which will form the basis for your concept development.
what is the cost of my design
Each design quote is unique. The design fee is tailored to your specific requirements and will vary based on the size of your property, site slopes, the complexity of chosen design elements, and the time required to create your master plan. During your initial consultation, we will assess your design scope and provide a fee proposal.
How long does it take to design?
The entire process, from accepting the design quote to receiving your final plans, typically takes 12-14 weeks, depending on our team’s current workload. This timeline may also be influenced by feedback from the council and clients, as well as holiday periods such as public holidays and the Christmas break.
What is involved in developing the concepts?
Upon acceptance of the design fee proposal, our team will conduct a comprehensive site analysis, including measurements and photographs. We will then explore various design options and present a concept plan that we believe best meets your needs and brief for your feedback.
